Express Energy Extract: Three (3) ml (about 45-60 drops) of Maca Express Extract twice or three times a day is recommended for subjects with normal physical or mental activity. Subjects undergoing intense physical or mental activity, or who are using Maca Express Extract for therapy may double the recommended dosage (as advised by a medical professional only.)

Express Energy Tablets: Three (3) tablets of Maca Express Energy Tablets per day are recommended for subjects with normal physical or mental activity or stress. Subjects undergoing intensive activities may increase the number of tablets to 6 per day.

Maca Powder: Mix 1 teaspoon of Maca Magic whole root powder with 8 to 16 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Try mixing with yogurt, museli, oatmeal or other cooked breakfast cereal. Maca Magic is enzyme-rich, with a pleasant malty taste. Suitable for smoothies, malts, cakes, extracts, juices, in water, chai tea or baked goods. Recommended for use with milk, soy, or rice milk, or blended with banana.

Organic Capsules: As a dietary supplement, take 2-6 capsules a day as needed.

Adrenalift: Take 30-40 drops 2-3 times a day depending on your workout regime and your doctor's recommendations.

Maca HRT: Take 30-40 drops 2-3 times a day or as recommended by a health care professional.
